Established in 2018 in the heart of Maraimalai Nagar, First Step Therapy Centre is a place where children with special needs receive personalized care, expert therapy, and unconditional support in a safe and nurturing environment.
We offer a wide range of services — including occupational therapy, speech therapy, physiotherapy, and special education — all under one roof to support every child’s unique developmental journey.
Our First Step Special School is a government-registered and recognized institution (Reg. No. 639/2022) under the Commissionerate for the Welfare of the Differently Abled, Government of Tamil Nadu. We are committed to delivering inclusive, compassionate, and high-quality education to help children build confidence, independence, and lifelong skills.
